Dolores A. Kontos of Waukesha passed away Sunday, Dec. 25, 2011, at the age of 73. She was born Dec. 28, 1938, in Waukesha, the daughter of Franklin and Helena (nee Steffan) Keen.

Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Jack "Ken" Kontos. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Brenda; a brother, Pat Keen; and a sister, Phyllis Vertz.

Dolores is survived by her children, Jerome Kontos, Mark (Jean) Kontos and Linda (Rick) Fenwick. She is the dear sister of Beverly Vertz, Michael Keen, Mary (Martin) Morris and Richard (Betty) Keen. Dolores is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, Jan. 4, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha.
