    Karen S. Schilling of Milwaukee died Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, at age 62.
    She was the beloved wife for 22 years to Kevin Mess; cherished mother of Eric Schilling-Mess; treasured sister of Joan (the late Howard) Walther, Barbara, John (Galen) and Ronald (Ruth) Schilling; and dear sister-in-law of Shirley Schilling. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other family members, friends and pets.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Erwin and Frances Schilling, and siblings, Erv and Nancy Schilling.
    Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until the 3 p.m. funeral service Friday, Feb. 18, at the Prasser-Kleczka Bay View Chapel, 3275 S. Howell Ave., Milwaukee.
