Vicki Koepsel Wilson Mamerow
Vicki
Koepsel Wilson Mamerow of Waukesha, 62, died suddenly Saturday, Jan. 1,
2011, after a fall.
Vicki will be sorely missed by her husband, Peter, whom she married Aug.
19, 2009; her daughters, Suzanne Brittany (Ofer) Lehavot of Raleigh,
N.C., and Clare Wilson of Milwaukee; her mother, Susan Lukacevic of
Pewaukee; her grandchildren, Naomi and Gil; her sister, Jane Koepsel of
Mesa, Ariz.; and many other relatives and friends.
Vicki was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth; her brother, Kevin;
and her stepfather, John Lukacevic.
She was recently retired from the West Allis-West Milwaukee school
district, where she taught math for 20 years, and was currently teaching
at the Kradwell High School in Wauwatosa. Vicki was a certified
professional ski instructor and a longtime instructor with Snowstars Ski
Club. She was an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoyed cooking and
traditional foods and loved to travel. Vicki will be deeply missed by
all whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service
Thursday, Jan. 6, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N.
Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188.
