Toinette L. Higbee (nee Foate)


Toinette L. Higbee (nee Foate) found peace Sunday, Jan. 9, 2011, at the age of 61.
She was preceded in death by her father, Howard, and her brother, Wayne Foate.
She was the loving wife of Jerome; dear mother of Scott (Michelle) and Brian (Megan) Higbee; dear daughter of Belva Foate; beloved sister of Ida Rae Harris, Gene Foate, Debra (Randy) Plank, Kevin (Emma) and Keith Foate; and dear grandmother of Courtney and Brandon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from noon until the 2 p.m. memorial service Saturday, Jan. 15, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 W. Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha.
