Eleanor M. Morris, 97, of Waukesha, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at LindenGrove Health Care Center in Waukesha.

    She was born May 6, 1913, in the Town of Linn, near Lake Geneva, to Ernest and Gladys (nee Trowbridge) Voss. On Oct. 4, 1935, she married Manford Morris in the Town of Delafield. He preceded her in death in 1974.
    She will be missed by her children, Marcia (LeRoy) Stair of the Town of Genesee, Karen Hadwin of Honolulu, Manford (Marilynn) Morris of Delafield and Shirley Smith of Waukesha. She is further survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, a great great-grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

    She was preceded in death by her husband, Manford; great-grandson, Nicholas Stair; brothers, Jack and Lloyd Voss; and sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and Otto Milats.

    Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, Feb. 1, at Randle-Dable Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Private family burial will take place at Salem Cemetery in Wales.
