Charles A. ‘Chuck’ Juckem
Charles A. “Chuck” Juckem, 74, was born to eternal life Friday, Jan. 28, 2011, surrounded by the loves of his life, his family.
He will always be loved and remembered by his devoted wife of 39 years, Elizabeth J. (nee Ryan); his adoring daughter, Lisa (Steve) Armitage; his proud son, Alan (fiancee Alba); his cherished grandchildren, Grace and Nathan Armitage; and his godson, David Mollen. He will be further remembered by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 5 p.m. Mass of Christian burial Tuesday, Feb. 1, at St. Mary’s Visitation Parish, 1260 Church St., Elm Grove, with a reception and celebration of his life to follow. Private interment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Chuck was a graduate of Catholic University in Washington, D.C., and went on to teach high school biology at Waukesha South for many years. He loved his family, vacations and the outdoor life in Wisconsin.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name to the Columbia St. Mary’s Foundation or the Milwaukee Zoological Society are greatly appreciated.
