Roy J. Wagner Jan. 10, 1923 - July 24, 2011
Roy proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force during World War II. He worked for Kroger Foods for more than 20 years. Roy will be missed by his wife of 65 years, Eleanor (nee Ofstun), and his children, Randy (Kathy), Michael (Betty), Gregory (Carrie), Nancy (Jim) Yde, Terry and Debra (Rick) Bartman. He was a proud grandfather of 13 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Roy is further survived by a sister, Lois Swiggum, and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his son, Douglas Roy; parents, Carl and May Wagner; and a sister, Dorothy. Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. until the 6:30 p.m. funeral service Thursday, July 28, at St. Markﾕs Evangelical Lutheran Church, 424ﾊHyde Park Ave., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Larry Smith will be officiating. A private burial will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Royﾕs name are appreciated to St.ﾊMarkﾕs Evangelical Lutheran Church (address above). J. Wagner of Waukesha entered eternal life Sunday, July 24, 2011, at the
age of 88. He was born Jan. 10, 1923, to Carl and May Wagner in Eastman.
