Daniel D. "Dan" Martin passed away suddenly at home Friday, June 17, 2011, at the age of 55.

He was the beloved husband and best friend of Loraine for 30 years; loving father of Ricky (Theresa), Dawn and Jack Martin; cherished papa of Tyler, Amanda, Amber, Leam, Ashley, Katie and Gunnar; dear son of David and LaVerne Martin; dear brother of Dale (Maureen) and Dawn (Jim) Arquette; dear son-in-law of Lorraine Glatczak; and fond brother-in-law of Andy (Judy) Glatczak. He is further survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, June 22, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 15250 W. National Ave., New Berlin.
