Harold R. Stigler of Milwaukee died on Friday, March 11, 2011, at the Birchwood Healthcare and Rehab Center in Milwaukee at the age of 83. He was born June 23, 1927, in New Berlin, the son of Anthony and Marie (nee Kau) Stigler.

He will be sadly missed by his brothers, Thomas (Carol) Stigler of Waukesha and Donald (Phyllis) Stigler of California, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Lawrence, Fred, Andrew and Anthony; and sisters, Dorothy Casper, Mildred Leair, Isabelle Honeyager and Regina Honeyager.

Private family services will be held at Holy Apostles Catholic Church in New Berlin with the Rev. Don Thimm presiding. Burial will be at Holy Apostles Cemetery following the services.
