Dec. 23, 1943 – March 14, 2011

Howard R. “Howie” Paulbicke of Waukesha died Monday, March 14, 2011, at the age of 67. Howie was born Dec. 23, 1943, a son of Walter and Fern Paulbicke.

He celebrated 27 years of sobriety and was an active volunteer in the recovering community.

Howie also was a dedicated employee of Cooper Power for more than 40 years. He enjoyed golfing, fishing and bowling.

Howie will be dearly missed by his children, Edie, Howard and Char; a brother, Richard; and two sisters, Cheryl and Susie. Howie is further survived by other relatives and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Ron.

Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until the 6 p.m. memorial celebration Friday, March 18, at Ascension Lutheran Church, Discovery Hall, 1415 Dopp St., Waukesha.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are appreciated.
