Jon W. Wright, 58, of Palos Park, Ill., passed away suddenly Thursday, March 17, 2011. He was born Dec. 3, 1952, in Pewaukee, the son of the late William and Beverley Wright.

He was a beloved husband to his wife of 37 years, Therese Wright; father to Jenna (Edgar) Sustaita, Jessaca (Robert) Sibr, Angila (Kenneth) Gillette and Matthew (Alexandra) Wright; and cherished grandfather to nine grandchildren, Marco, Dominik and Diego Sustaita, Sofija, Robert and Jon Sibr, and Henry, Kenneth and Olivia Gillete. He is also survived by his sister, Judy Koch, and a great deal of extended family.

He was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Howard Koch, and nephew, Jason Pankratz.

Jon enjoyed golf and spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, March 21, at Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, 12401 S. Archer Ave., Lemont, Ill. Services continue, starting at 9:15 a.m. at the Petkus Lemont Funeral Home, to Our Lady of the Woods Church for Mass of Christian burial at 10 a.m. Committal services are private.
