Juanita C. Ascher (nee Bralich)

Juanita C. Ascher (nee Bralich), 76, of Waukesha, went Home to Jesus on Friday, May 20, 2011, after fighting a long, hard battle with cancer.

She was the loving mother of Scarlette (Tracy) Townsley, Mark (Mary) Ascher and Rezzane (Becky) Ascher, and awesome grandma of eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers, Andrew (Virginia) Bralich, Fred Bralich (best friend Irene) and Donald (Rose) Bralich; three sisters, Florence Shertzer, Josephine Diekfuss and Pauline Lapp; 27 nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.

Juanita worked at the American Legion on Wisconsin Avenue in Waukesha for 25 years as the head cook. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was very caring person and will be deeply missed.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the noon Mass of Christian burial Friday, May 27, at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 822 N. East Ave., Waukesha. Burial will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Waukesha.
