Carol
Fern (nee Katzner) Edmark, of Delavan, formerly of Kenosha, died Saturday,
Aug. 27, 2011, at the age of 75. She was born in Waukesha on June 17,
1936, the daughter of Paul and Gladys Katzner.
She was a graduate of Waukesha High School Class
of 1954. Carol drove a school bus for Jelco for many years, and then later
worked at Sentry Foods in Kenosha as a deli assistant before moving to
Delavan.
Carol enjoyed cooking, crocheting, reading and
camping.
Carol’s biggest joys were her grandchildren and
great-grandchildren, and also learning and sharing Bible truths with
others.
Carol was preceded in death by her father, Paul Katzner, and daughter, Lori Jean Edmark.
Carol will be deeply missed by her mother, Gladys Katzner of Waukesha; daughter, Diana (Phillip) Mader of Round Lake, Ill.;
grandchildren, Matthew (Holly) Mader of Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.,
Christopher (Erika) Mader of Grayslake, Ill., Megan (Daniel) Galler of
Roswell, Ga., and Preston Mader of Round Lake; and great-grandchildren,
Madison, Olivia, Elsa Jade Mader and Sienna Galler.
Also mourning the loss of their sister are Dolores Gastrow of Waukesha, Ellen Renner of Elkhorn, Glenn Katzner of Watertown,
Alyce Katzner-Wildt of Mukwonago and Phyllis Hausen of Waukesha. She is
further survived by other relatives and friends. Carol will be greatly
missed by all those that knew and loved her.
Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 3,
at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Elkhorn, W5696 Schmidt
Road, Elkhorn, WI 53121.
