Dr. Harvey D. Whysol

Dec. 10, 1916 - March 31, 2012

Dr. Harvey D. Whysol, a longtime Waukesha resident, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012, at his residence at Three Pillars in Dousman. Dr. Whysol was born in Minnesota on Dec. 10, 1916, the son of the late William and Rose (nee Hassinger) Whysol.

Dr. Whysol practiced chiropractic medicine in Waukesha from Dec. 1, 1943, until his retirement on Dec. 1, 1983.

Dr. Whysol was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Dorothy, on Aug. 30, 2001, and by a grandson, Patrick Schneiderwent.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra (Russ) Schneiderwent, and his son, David (Joan) Whysol. Harvey also leaves to mourn his passing his dear friend, Julie Dulstram. Further surviving are his grandchildren, Janet (Victor), Tammy, Russell, Dawn (Devon), Laura, William, Amy, Ryan and Kyle, and his great-grandchildren, Blaze, Brooke, Bella, Dominick, Gabriel and Lealand. Dr. Whysol is also survived by other relatives and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held from 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service Tuesday, April 10, at Ewald Chapel at Three Pillars Senior Living Community, 375 Highway 67, Dousman, WI (please use the Village on the Square entrance). A reception will follow the service.
