Bradley Wayne Collins, 26, died suddenly Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Brad was born Aug. 23, 1985, to Wayne and Mary (Congdon) Collins.
Brad had a wonderful sense of humor, he enjoyed cooking, piano – both playing and the art of playing and Asia philosophy. Most of all, he enjoyed time with his family.

He was a loving son, brother, grandson and friend.

Brad is survived by his mother, Mary (David) Ludwig of Big Bend; brothers and sisters, Mike (Kay) Collins, Christine (Jeremy) McGovern and Carrie (Don) Patzke, all of Milwaukee, Doug (Christine) Ludwig of Waukesha, Russ (Becky) Ludwig of Watertown,
Julie Collins of Waukesha and Emily Ludwig of Big Bend; and his grandparents, Douglas Congdon of Palmyra, Charlotte (Forrest) Perkins of Whitewater and Ruth Ludwig of Manitowish Waters. Brad is further survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and many good friends.

Brad was preceded in death by his father, Wayne, and three grandparents, Roland and Ingrid Collins and Donald Ludwig.

Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the 4 p.m. funeral service Friday, April 20, at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 320 W. Main St., Palmyra, with the Rev. Steven M.D. Blyth officiating.
