Violet Caroline Sayles
Violet Caroline Sayles (nee Landvetter), age 95, born March 8, 1917, was deceased Dec. 20, 2012. She was the former wife of the late George Krueger, Sr. and widow of the late Fredrick Sayles. She is survived by son George (Patricia) Krueger, Jr.; grandchildren Gary (Caroline) Krueger and Linda (James) Wallis; great-grandchildren Brian, Amanda, Brandon, Kelly and Trevor; siblings Dale Landvetter and Charlotte (Tony) Lachner; nieces Joyce, Judy, Jeanne, Diane and Kathy; stepchildren Janice (Thomas) Donahue and Bonnie (George) Morris; step-grandchildren Annie Beier and Abbie (Robert) Jackson; step-great-grandchildren Laura, Jason, Samuel and Molly. She was the beloved partner of Paul Kablitz.
Vi served 30 years as a Butler Lionness, was an avid bowler (Duckies and Sassie Lassies), a dedicated golfer with a hole-in-one, and former owner of Sunset Ceramics.
A Memorial gathering will take place at the Krause Funeral Home, 9000 W. Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, on Friday, Dec. 28, at 4 p.m. until the time of the memorial service at 7 p.m.
