Mari B. Zizzo

Mari B. Zizzo of Eagle died peacefully on Thursday, Dec.

27, 2012 at the age of 60. Mari was born on April 7, 1952 in Milwaukee, the daughter of William and Mary Jacobson.

Mari married Tom Zizzo on Nov. 13, 1971, and together they raised 2 children in Eagle. Mari was a member of St. Theresa Catholic Church in Eagle.

Mari will be sadly missed by Tom, her husband of 41 years; children, Gina (Joe) Rocha of Elkhorn and Nick (Jennifer) Zizzo of Granger, Ind.; grandchildren, Macy and Andrew Rocha and Nicholas, Taylor, and Nathan Zizzo; sisters, Susy (Bob) Nelsen of Green Bay and Sandi Jacobson of Florida; brothers-in-law Sebastian Zizzo, Joe (Jan) Zizzo and Nick Zizzo; sister-in-law Antoinette (Todd) Schmitt; and goddaughter, Janelle (Matt) Peters. Mari was loved and will be remembered by other relatives and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; father and mother-in-law, Frank (Margaret) Zizzo; and her aunt and uncle, Norwood (Wilma) Retzlaff.

A Mass of Christian burial will be Saturday, Jan. 5, 2013, at 1 p.m. at St. Theresa Catholic Church, 136 Waukesha Road, Eagle, with the Rev. Bob Betz officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 on Saturday until the time of Mass all at the church. Private burial to follow.
