Kevin P. Wustmann

Kevin P. Wustmann of Mukwonago passed away peacefully in his home Sunday, Feb. 19, 2012, surrounded by his family and friends. Kevin faced his nearly year-long battle with lung cancer with strength, courage, perseverance and of course, his sense of humor. All admire his steadfast love and endurance to the end. We are so joyful that Kevin is at peace without pain and is enjoying his first days off in 34 years.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Deb Wustmann (nee Anich). He was the loving dad of Jenny and Brian Wustmann; son of Alfred and the late Hazel Wustmann; brother of Darlene (Mitchell) Considine and Sharon (David) Haessig; and brother-in-law of Margaret Anich and Louie (Karla) Anich. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Louis and Jane Anich; a great-nephew, Jackson; and a great-niece, Hope.

Kevin jokingly referred to himself as the largest farm machinery dealer in Waukesha County. His customers became his friends. Kevin loved his community and enjoyed helping out with whatever activity was going on.

Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, at St. James Catholic Church, 830 Highway NN East, Mukwonago, followed by a 7 p.m. Mass of Christian burial. Immediately following the funeral, the family will greet friends over at the American Legion Hall to share in a meal and further fellowship. Private family burial will be held at Oak Knoll Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, an educational fund will be established for Kevinís children, or a memorial can be given to a charity of your choice.

The Wustmann family would like to thank you for your love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Also, they would like to thank Dr. Paul LeMarbre and his medical staff for their compassionate care they provided to Kevin and his family.
