Douglas M. Rode Sr. Douglas M. Rode Sr. was born to eternal life Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at age 29. He was the loving son of Kathy and Mike Rode; cherished brother of Jacob; devoted father of Isabel and Douglas Jr.; and beloved fiancé of Eva Markley and step-daughter Aeris. He is further loved by many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Pat Findley, and two infant siblings. There will be a gathering from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 19, at VFW Post 9537, 202 Clark St., Pewaukee. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to create a care fund for the children.
