Steven ‘Steve’ J. McDonald

Steven “Steve” J. McDonald, a lifelong resident of Waukesha, died Wednesday, May 16, 2012, at AngelsGrace at the age of 50. Steve was born Dec. 17, 1961, the son of Francis and Lillian “Madge” (Deatrick) McDonald.

He proudly graduated from Wisconsin Hills in 1983 and went on to work for the Waukesha Training Center from 1983 until they closed in 2011. Steve participated in the Special Olympics, especially swimming and bowling.

Steve will be deeply missed by his parents, Francis and Madge of Waukesha; his sister, Dawn (Joseph) Kraczek of Eagle River; his nieces and nephews, Joann (Lonnie) Breggemann of DeForest, Robert (Jena) Kraczek of Missouri, Christopher Kraczek of Sussex and Anthony Kraczek of Waukesha; and aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Saturday, May 19, at the Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Private family burial will be at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.

Steve’s immediate family would like to extend their appreciation for all of their loving support and encouragement throughout Steve’s life.
