WALES Marie Joan Allen March 25, 1917 ­ May 22, 2012 Marie J. Allen (nee Weiker) was born March 25, 1917, and passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at the age of 95. She was the beloved wife of the late Durward Norman Allen and the dearest mother of Sharon (Carl) Paetzke of Santa Clara, Utah, Diana (Randy) Melody of Genesee Depot, Susan (A. Dennis) Ramsey of Fargo, N.D., and Mary (Bob) Grall of Wales. Marie is further survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Lucille Kreibich of LaCrescent, Minn.; and her brother, John Weiker of West Salem. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Marcella Weiker of La Crosse, and by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Marie was preceded in death by her parents, John and Emma (Klug) Weiker; husband, Durward N. Allen; brother Jerome, including infant brothers Joseph, Leo and Eugene; brother-in-law, Clarence Kreibich; and sister-in-law, Helen Weiker. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 1, at St. Josephıs Ridge Catholic Church, W2601 Highway 33, St. Joseph Ridge, La Crosse WI 54601. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. A memorial gathering will be held for Marie from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday, May 31, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road, Waukesha (four blocks south of Interstate 94 on the corner of highways J and JJ), with a Rosary service to be held at noon, with the Rev.
