In loving memory of Lew Weaver, born to eternal life Thursday, Nov. 15, 2012.

He was the beloved husband of Beverly Weaver; father of Rochelle (Gary) and David (Laura); stepfather to Diane (James), Pam, Amy, Brian (Kerry) and Brooke; grandpa of nine; and great-grandpa of two.

A special thank-you to the staff of Seasons Hospice and all of his friends at American TV, and a special thank-you to Dr. Benjamin George and Sue.

Visitation to be held from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, Nov. 20, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha. A private entombment will be held.
