James A. Eschenbach

James A. Eschenbach of Waukesha, formerly of Milwaukee, died Sept. 29, 2012, at his home at the age of 82. He was born in Wausau on April 23, 1930, the son of Andrew and Hilda (nee Wolfgram) Eschenbach.
On Dec. 18, 1954, he married the former Delores Luedtke in Wausau. He proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a former member of Salem Lutheran Church in Milwaukee and a current member of Mount Calvary Lutheran Church in Waukesha.
He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, Delores of Waukesha; their children, Jane (Fredrik) Olsen of Mukwonago and Andrew Eschenbach of Dallas; his grandchildren, Laura and Sarah Olsen of Mukwonago and Robert (Cassandra) Eschenbach of Muskego; and his sisters, Virginia (Thomas) Birt of Wausau and Carol (Richard) Ghert of Wausau. He is further survived by his daughter-in-law, Connie Eschenbach of Lake Mills, and nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
James was preceded in death by his son, Michael, in 2011, and his two sisters, Hazel and Gladys.
Visitation will be held from 4:30 p.m. until the 8 p.m. funeral service Wednesday, Oct. 3, at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. The Rev. Michael Turriff will preside. Entombment with private prayers will be at Pinelawn Memorial Park on Thursday Oct. 3.
