Angelita Cruz

Lifelong Waukesha resident Angelita Cruz died Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2012, on her 50th birthday at Angels-Grace Hospice. She was born Oct. 2, 1962, to Pablo and Susie (nee Garcia) Cruz. 

Angie was a graduate of Waukesha South High School and had been employed at Waukesha Memorial Hospital as a certified nursing assistant. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Waukesha. 

She will be sadly missed by her loving parents, Pablo Cruz Sr. and Susie Cruz, both of Waukesha. She was the beloved mother of Mario Madrid Jr. and twins Jesus Victor Medrano and Jessica Anita Medrano, all of Waukesha, and dear grandmother of Victor William Medrano of Waukesha. She is further survived by her brother, Pablo (Selina) Cruz Jr. of San Antonio; sister, Anita (Armando) Martinez of Waukesha; niece, Monica Martinez; nephew, Armando Martinez Jr.; great-niece, Yvette Martinez; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Hilaria Garcia. 

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 7, at Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. Visitation continues from 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m. funeral service Monday, Oct. 8, at First Assembly of God, 1314 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. The Rev. Todd Pope presiding. Graveside services will follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
