Nancy Carol Stuhlman (nee Roginske)

Nancy Carol Stuhlman (nee Roginske) died Friday, Oct. 19, 2012. She was born July 21, 1937, in Milwaukee, to Charles W. and Alma (nee Ziegler) Roginske of Sussex.

 

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Charles J. Roginske; and a niece, Sharon K. Roginske.

 

Nancy was the dear mother of Karen (Craig) Keys of Eagle and Carol (Wayne) Roberts of Mukwonago and fond grandmother of Karlee (Robert) Williamson, William Keys, Casey Huebner and Charles (Shannon) Huebner. She is further survived by her sister-in-law, Arlene Roginske, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 

Nancy was secretary/treasurer of the Waukesha Musicians Association and a member of that organization since 1953. She played organ in many area churches since the age of 12 and currently played at Bethesda Presbyterian Church, Waukesha. Nancy played the accordion and keyboards with the Suzie Hart Orchestra and most of her life with the Ken Rhodee Orchestra, Oconomowoc. She helped organize the 20-member Ken Rhodee Memorial Orchestra, conducted by Nick Contorno. Nancy conducted the Berkshire-Kensington Chorus since 2004. They sang eight concerts a year and she was very proud of this group. Nancy was a member of the Oconomowoc American Legion Auxiliary, Post 91, Oconomowoc, and for several years marched with the Oconomowoc Legion Band.

 

Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until the 7 p.m. memorial service Friday, Oct. 26, at Yonke & Son Funeral Home, 205 Prospect Ave., Pewaukee. The Rev. William McBride will be officiating. There also will be a memorial service held at Berkshire-Kensington Chapel, 1800 Kensington Drive, Waukesha, at a future date. Private burial will be held at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Brookfield.
