She was a 1966 graduate of Pulaski High School in Milwaukee and on Aug. 19, 1967, she married Alan Rabidoux. Judy worked for many years as a teacher’s aide at Heyer Elementary School in Waukesha. She was a longtime member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. She will be greatly missed by her loving husband of 45 years, Alan Rabidoux of Waukesha; their children, Todd (Christine) Rabidoux of Cedarburg and Courtney (Greg) Hedin of Hudson; her five precious granddaughters, Emma and Kiley Rabidoux of Cedarburg and Grace, Josie and Leda Hedin of Hudson; her mother, Victoria “Vicky” Novak of Hudson; her loving sister, dancing partner and best friend, Barbara (Donald) Kaiser of Hudson; and her “little” brother, Douglas (Tracy) Novak of Cudahy. She is further survived by her mother-in-law, Margaret Rabidoux of Big Bend; her sister-in-law, Renee (Ian) Bell of North Grafton, Mass.; her nieces and nephews, Kathryn (Matthew) Rolli, Sally Kaiser, Marcus Novak, Ashley Wiesmueller, Chad (Rose) Rabidoux, Aimee (Ryan) Busse, Jan Rajchel and Shawn (Ashley) Rajchel; along with great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Benedict Novak; her brother, Clifford Novak; her father-in-law, Harold Rabidoux; and her brother-in-law, Randal Rabidoux.

The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses and staff of Waukesha Memorial Hospital’s Oncology Unit and Regional Cancer Center for the kind, gentle care provided to Judy; to the teachers and staff of Heyer Elementary; and to Judy’s many friends and longtime neighbors for their love and support.
