Androniki Katrava passed away Sunday, Dec. 1, 2013, at AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc at the age of 88. She was born in Ano Lousoi, Greece, on Aug. 25, 1925, the daughter of Dimitrios and Aggeliki Douvos.
Androniki is survived by her seven children, Kostas (Inge) Baroumis of Germany, Nikolaos Baroumis of Milwaukee, Vasilios Katravas of Greece, Maria (Lambros) Lamias of Greece, Paraskevi Katravas and Juan Navarez of Brookfield, Dimitrios (Kostantina) Katravas of Muskego and Hristos (Panagiota) Katravas of Eagle; and 10 grandchildren, Giorgia, Judith, George, Hristina, Androniki, Haralambos, Vasilios, Androniki, Joanna and Maria. Also surviving are 15 great-grandchildren; one niece, Giorgia Androutsou; and other relatives and friends.
The visitation for Androniki will be held from 11 a.m. until the noon service Saturday, Dec. 7, at Sts. Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 2160 N. Wauwatosa Ave., Wauwatosa. The Rev. Theologos Pandelis will be officiating. Interment will take place at the Cemetery of Kalavryta, Ahaias, Greece.
