Mary Baumhover (nee Norcia)

Mary Baumhover (nee Norcia) of Waukesha died peacefully in her sleep Monday, Feb. 4, 2013, at the age of 92. Mary was born in Waukesha on Jan. 25, 1921, the daughter of Michael and Filomena Norcia.

 

She was a longtime and active member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church and St. William Catholic Church.  Mary was the owner and operator of the Waukesha Circle Inn for over 25 years. She enjoyed playing bingo and watching the Packers play.

 

Mary will be dearly missed by her son-in-law, John Finger; granddaughters, Debra (West Whitley) Buerosse,  Denice (Brett) Carson and Lisa (Tim) Klingbiel; great-grandchildren, Jennifer, Zachary, Nicole, Jesse, Lindsey, Garrett, Dylan, Steven and Jarod; six great-great-grandchildren; and her sister, Clara (Gordon) Becker. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.  

 

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John; daughter, Susan; parents; brothers, Tony and Jimmy Norcia; and her sisters, Rose Inzeo, Angie Herferth and Josephine Toth.

 

The visitation for Mary will be held from 9:30 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral service Friday, Feb. 8, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha. Burial will immediately follow the service at St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
