WAUKESHA   Frances ‘Freck’ Belger   March 2, 1923 - Jan. 10, 2013     Frances Mary 'Freck' Belger of Waukesha died Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, at the Avalon at the age of 89. Freck was born in Antigo on March 2, 1923, the daughter of Frank and Maud O' Brien.    Freck was a longtime member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Waukesha. She enjoyed playing bridge, golfing, cooking and entertaining her family and friends.    Freck will be deeply missed by her children, Kathleen 'Kathy' (Ron) Skraban and Richard 'Rick' (Debbie) Belger; her eight grandchildren, Scott (Tina), Mark, Jeffrey (Arlene), Amy (Eric), Amanda (James), Kimberly (Travis), Eric and Cara; seven great-grandchildren, Adrianna, Chloe, Christopher, Emma, Laura, Ellie and Tristan; and other relatives and friends.    Freck was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry; her parents; brothers, Thomas and Donald; and sister, Patricia.   The visitation for Freck will be held from 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, Jan. 14, at St. Mary Catholic Church, 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI  53186. The Rev. Howard Haase will officiate.
