Anita Wanda Sebero (Pearson)

March 5, 1923 – March 21, 2013

Anita Wanda Sebero (Pearson), born March 5, 1923, in Stevenson, Mich., left for heaven March 21, 2013, in Fond du Lac with her daughters at her bedside.

She is survived by seven children, Gale Evans, Allan (Toni) Edson, Wayne (Linda) Edson, Barbara (Butch) Patterson, John (Angie) Sebero, Sherre Hooper and Jo Anne (Gerry) Harrison; three stepchildren, Gene (Pat) Sebero, Judy (Jerry) Morse and Janie (Duane) Bucholtz; and 21 grandchildren, Helene (Brian) Melrood, John (Karen) Egly, Steven Egly, Elizabeth (Ned) Norris, Allison (Peter) Dean, Angela (Mark) Mathews, Andrea (Kevin) Kaiser, Aaron (Stephanie) Edson, Amber Mangan, Adam Edson, Bill Edson, Erin Edson, Tom Edson, Anthony (Crystal) Pratt, John Nehs, Jesse (Jamie) Sebero, Jereme (Megan) Sebero, Bobby (Lauren) Hooper, Danny Weed, Megan Harrison and Mark Harrison. She is also survived by 40 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John Sebero; granddaughter, Toni Rae Balistrarie; grandson, Matthew Pratt; three brothers, one sister and her parents.

Anita was an occupational therapist at Waukesha County Hospital, an avid bridge player and a member of St. Mary’s Church in Waukesha. She made beautiful quilts, loved to knit, crochet, do counted cross stitch and was famous for her rhubarb custard pie.

She will be missed by her children and grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at Rockwood Church, W271-S2929 Merrill Hills Road, Waukesha, WI 5318.
