Sept. 12, 1959 – May 9, 2013
Mark Richard Duchow of Delafield passed away Thursday, May 9, 2013, at the age of 53. He was born Sept. 12, 1959, in Fort Belvoir, Va., the son of Richard and Jill Duchow.
Mark married the love of his life, Margaret K. (nee Bush) on May 16, 1987. Mark was the owner of Duchow’s Boats, a third-generation boat business. He learned his craft working with his father. Mark felt he was the purveyor of “summer time fun.” He enjoyed spending his free time on the track and basketball court watching his children compete. Most of all, Mark was so proud of his children and was their biggest fan.
Mark will be sadly missed by his wife of 25 years, Margie; children, Sarah, Katie, Elizabeth, Mark and Matthew; his furry children, Bear, Tiger and Baxter; his father, Richard; brothers, Craig (Cindi), Tim (Nicole) and Jim (Heidi); mother-in-law, Kim Bush; brother-inlaw, Don (Lori) Bush; and sisters-in-law, Mary and Marsha (Chris Marx). He is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Jill, and father-in-law, Thomas Bush.
The visitation for Mark will be held from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. memorial service Wednesday, May 15, at Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church, 31385 W. Hill Road, Hartland, WI 53029. The Rev. Kurt Wenzelburger will be officiating.
