Betty Lee Eppers (nee Terch) of Waukesha passed away peacefully Monday, Oct. 14, 2013, at AngelsGrace Hospice at the age of 88. She was born Oct. 16, 1924, in Virginia, Minn., the daughter of Peter and Addie (nee Mullaley) Terch.

Betty married Kenneth R. Eppers Sr. on Feb. 15, 1947, in Milwaukee. She was a founding member of St. William Catholic Church and active with the Christian Mothers. Betty enjoyed ceramics, jitterbug dancing with her sisters at family weddings, reading and baking for her family at Christmas.

Betty will be sadly missed by her children, Kenneth R. (Janice) Eppers Jr. of Waukesha, Linda (Mike) Mader of West Allis, Jeffrey (Tonia) Eppers of Whitewater, Timothy (Joan) Eppers of Waukesha and James (Renee) of Waukesha; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Betty is further survived by her sister, Eunice (the late Frank) Chittero; sister-inlaw, Jean Terch; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Vernon, Billy and Russell Terch; and her sisters, Cyrene (Fred) Lodes, Lucy Mcfaul, Gertrude (Al) Wegher, Winnifred (Louise) Simons and Beverly Kasch.

Private services will be held at a later date per Betty’s wishes.
