Helen R. Anderson

Helen R. Anderson passed away peacefully Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013, at the age of 92.
She was the daughter of William and Dora (Connell) Niedermeier and was born and raised in Waukesha.
Helen married R. Norman Anderson of Stoughton on Aug. 30, 1947, in Waukesha, where they made their home and raised three children. She graduated in 1939 from Waukesha High School, and went onto to graduate from Whitewater State Teachers College in 1943, where she was affiliated with the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority. She taught several years as a business education teacher at Hartland and she was a lifelong member of the Evangelical & Reformed United Church of Christ and the Order of Eastern Star for many years.
Helen was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. To her family, Helen will be dearly missed, but never forgotten.
She is survived by her husband, R. Norman Anderson; daughters, Kathryn (Steve) Jacobs of New Berlin and Christine (Eugene) Skogg of Orange, Conn.; son, Roger of Waukesha; grandchildren, Karen (Brian) Peterson, David Jacobs, Peter Skogg and Mark Skogg; along with other relatives and friends.
The memorial services are pending and private interment services will take place at the Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Pewaukee.
