Richard A. “Dick” Yoder passed away Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at the age of 82. He was the beloved husband for 60 years to Kathleen; loving dad of Steven (Roberta) Yoder, Lynn (James) Yanna and Cynthia (Eddie) Connors; terrific grandpa of Brandon, Matthew, Catlyn, Kelsey, Elizabeth and Collin; great grandpa of Ethan and Lennan; and brother of Don (Marilyn) Yoder and Kay (Bud) Kelly. He is further survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Harley Jr., Phyllis and Stuart.

Dick served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict, receiving a Purple Heart for his injuries.

A memorial gathering will be held from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14, at Southminster Presbyterian Church, 200 Richard St., Waukesha, with a memorial service at 3:30 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Southminster Presbyterian Church memorial fund.
