Eliseo Ramos reunited with Guadalupe, his beloved wife of 41 years, on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at the age of 79. He was the cherished father of Gary (Sue) Ramos, Anita (Michael) Cotter, Christina (Dean) Zimmerman, Rick (Sharon) Ramos and Alex Ramos; grandfather of Derek, Ashley, Mikayla, Lisa, Kristin, Whitney, Cassandra, Deana, Benjamin and Sophia; great-grandfather of Leticia, Nelida, Lazaro, Adrian, Anavae and Jesse; loving companion of Lillie Sanchez; and brother of Jessie Alba, Ida (Joe) Medina, David (Liz) Ramos, Mecca (Irma) Ramos, Olivia (Joe) Jaurequi, Rosa Jaurequi, Victor Ramos Jr., Paulina Ortega, John Ramos and the late Bartola Camacho. He is further survived by many other family and friends.
Eliseo served our country for four years in the United States Marine Corps. He retired from GE Medical Systems after 25 years of dedicated service. He was also a longtime member of St. Williams Catholic Church in Waukesha. Eliseo enjoyed watching Packers and Brewers games with his family. After retiring from GE Medical, Eliseo and Lupe spent their time traveling all over the country.
Visitation will be Friday, April 25, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road (at highways J and JJ, four blocks south of Interstate 94), Waukesha, from 5:30-7:15 PM. Funeral service at 7:30 PM. Burial services will be Saturday, April 26, at St. Joseph Cemetery, S22-W22890 Broadway, Waukesha, at 11 AM (please meet at the chapel).
