Thomas Lee Wunder

Thomas Lee Wunder, 62, of Waukesha, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, April 22, 2014. Tom was born on Jan. 28, 1952, in Milwaukee, to Arlene and Leo Wunder. He grew up in Brookfield and had lived in Waukesha since marrying Louella Rossbach on August 3, 1974. He spent his life as a journeyman carpenter for Local 344 and opened Wunder Construction in 1989.
His pride and joy was his family, consisting of sons Jason (Amy), Jeffrey (Connie), James and Andrew and grandson Graham.
Family time was most important to Tom and he enjoyed helping his sons with their projects, as well as raising English Springer Spaniels. He built two homes in Waukesha and assisted with one in Kenosha.
He is also survived by his parents, Leo and Arlene Wunder of Highland, Ill.; sisters, Karen (Ted) Matchulat and Linda Wunder; parents-in-law, Peter and Delorus Rossbach; siblings- in-law, John (Betty) Rossbach and Donald (Mandy) Rossbach; as well as nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday, April 28, at Church and Chapel Funeral Home, 380 Bluemound Road, Waukesha, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM with a service to follow at 6:00 PM.
