Albert J. ‘Al’ Sereno

Albert J. “Al” Sereno, “The Accordion Man” of Waukesha, passed away peacefully Friday night, April 25, 2014, surrounded by his loving family.

He was 73 years old. He was born in Waukesha, the son of Arthur “Hotsocks” and Amelia “Millie” (nee Wiese) Sereno.

Al was a hard working man, being a core maker for 42 years. He spent eighteen years at General Castings and 24 years at Accurate Brass and Aluminum, where he retired in 2000. His true joy of life was his music. He played the accordion since he was a young boy. He played for weddings and special occasions, making many people happy.
