William ‘Bill’ Kramp

Former Waukesha resident William “Bill” Kramp, 64, died May 4, 2014, at his residence in Holmen. Mr. Kramp was born Sept. 16, 1949, in Beaver Dam to Harley H. and Ruth C. Kramp.

Bill graduated from Waukesha South High School in 1967. He lived and worked in the greater Milwaukee area until 2004, when he moved to Holmen. He worked as a long-haul truck driver for over 30 years. Mr. Kramp was a member of York-Northfield Rod & Gun Club and the American Association of Retired Persons.

“Bill’s generosity and kind heart were an inspiration to his family. He lived his life with gusto.” He especially loved time spent hunting and fishing with his son, David.

He is survived by his son, David (Jennifer Oehldrich); brothers, Dale (Jeanne), Robert (Judy), James (Sue Ann), John (Mary Baer), Thomas (Ellen Byrd Nelson); and sister, Susan Strobel of Holmen. Uncle ‘Mooney’ will be missed by his relatives and friends, especially nephew Mark (Jen) Strobel and their daughter, Lily.

Mr. Kramp was preceded in death by his father, Harley; mother, Ruth; and his brother, Richard Kramp.
