Gerald ‘Jerry’ Wrighton

Gerald “Jerry” Wrighton, of Waukesha passed away peacefully at his residence with his loving wife by his side on Wednesday, October 1, 2014, at the age of 91. He was born in Waukesha on December 17, 1922, the son of Cyril and Bernice.

Jerry proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during World War II and worked as a mechanic at Sears for many years.

Jerry will be deeply missed by his wife, Marion, of 65 years; children, Debra Eales of Waukesha and David Wrighton of Waukesha; grandchildren, Herbert Eales Jr., Samantha Eales, Jessica Eales, Michael Eales and Roy Burnam Jr.; and many other loving relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Allen.

The visitation for Jerry will take place on Monday, October 6, at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, from 10:00 A.M. until the time of the 11:00 A.M. funeral service. Burial will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
