Robert ‘Bob’ J. Szczepanski

Robert “Bob” J. Szczepanski of Waukesha died with his family by his side on Sunday, October 26, 2014, at Seasons Hospice at the age of 71 years. He was born in Wauwatosa on March 1, 1943, the son of Albert and Dorothy (nee Iverson) Szczepanski.
On July 28, 1968, he married Penelope “Penny” Blalock. Bob proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps. He worked for Wisconsin Centrifugal for more than 40 years. Bob was most passionate about fishing, woodworking and coin collecting.
He will be sadly missed by his wife, Penny of Waukesha; daughter Jennifer Szczepanski of Denver, Colo.; son Brian (Anna) Szczepanski of Winter Park, Colo.; and his grandson Stanley Szczepanski of Winter Park. He is further survived by his sisters Patricia (John) Horton, Joyce Salomone and Gloria Szczepanski; brother Kenneth Szczepanski; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Private family services will be held.
