Kimberly ‘Kim’ K. Selchert

Kimberly “Kim” K. Selchert of Waukesha joined her brother Lonnie in heaven on Wednesday, September 10, 2014, following a courageous battle with multiple sclerosis at the age of 42.
She was born in Waukesha on December 25, 1971. She attended Waukesha North High School. Kim loved sports and was an avid Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers fan. She loved her two children dearly and cherished the time spent with her loving and devoted family. She will be sadly missed by her children, who were her pride and joy, Ashley Marie Malouf and Tylor James Malouf, both of Oshkosh; her loving and devoted mother, Linda Selchert of Waukesha; her dear sister, Tammie (Tim) Kolstad of Mukwonago; and her brother, Rick (Sue) Selchert of Waukesha.
She is further survived by other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Lonnie Becker; her special friend, Gregory Hadley; and her godmother, Mary Barner.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Trinity Village in Milwaukee for their care, kindness and compassion provided to Kimberly and their family.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 16, from 11 AM until the time of the 1 PM memorial service at the Randle-Dable-Brisk Funeral Home, 1110 S. Grand Ave., Waukesha. The Rev. Gary Liedtke will preside. Burial will immediately follow at Prairie Home Cemetery.
