Col. Jack B. Keuper, D.D.S., died on Sunday, February 8, 2015, at the age of 77.

The visitation for Jack will be held on Monday, February 16, from 3:30 p.m. until the time of the 6:30 p.m. funeral service with military honors at Cesarz, Charapata & Zinnecker Funeral Home, 237 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188.

Interment will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery, Pewaukee.
