Wayne A. Radabaugh


Wayne A. Radabaugh of Waukesha passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at Waukesha Memorial Hospital at the age of 73 years. Wayne was born in Franklin Park, Ill., the son of Dean and Betty Jean Radabaugh.

He married Margaret M. “Peggy” Thomsen on August 16, 1975. Wayne was a proud “railroad man,” working for 52 years on the Milwaukee Road/Soo Line and retiring a little over a year ago from the Metra railroad. Being the avid golfer, he couldn’t wait for the season to begin.

Wayne will be sadly missed by his wife, Peggy, of 39 years; his children, Mary “Beth” Radabaugh, Rebecca (fiancé Mark Soya) Radabaugh, Lisa (Bill) Mitter and Julie Radabaugh; his granddaughter, Caitlyn Klopp; brother, Dennis (Sheila) Radabaugh; and sister, Carol (Bart Brandmiller) Masselink. He is further survived by sister-in-laws, Marian Thomsen, Mary (Ed) Staahl, Ann Jahimiak and Liz (Mark) Epping; brother-in-laws, Tom (Nancy) Thomsen, Tony (Barb) Thomsen, Terry Thomsen and John (Chris) Thomsen; and many nieces, nephews , other relatives and friends.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents.

The visitation for Wayne will be held from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the 1:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, March 7, at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188.

The Rev. Jose Nieto will be officiating. The burial will take place privately at a later date.
