Monica Schoenfeld, 55, of Oconomowoc, died July 29, 2015, at her brother Stevenís residence in Colorado. She was born August 11, 1959, in Oconomowoc, the daughter of Charles and Judith Schoenfeld.
Mony graduated from Oconomowoc High School in 1977. In 1978, she welcomed her only child, Charles Paul, into the world. Years later, she returned to complete her degree, graduating from Holy Cross College at Notre Dame. Monyís passion for taking care of others brought about various jobs and friendships during her life. She was most proud of her son and her grandsons, Charlie and Noah.
She was a member of White Stone Community Church in Oconomowoc. Her pastor, Luke Dye, and the White Stone community provided Mony with great love and support. The same can be said for so many others in her life, and for that, our family is eternally grateful.
She is survived by her son, Charles Paul; her mother, Judith; grandsons, Charles William and Noah Charles of Dallas, Texas; brother, Steven (Beverly) Schoenfeld of Otis, Colorado; sister, Jennifer (Kevin) Kirkpatrick of Oconomowoc; nephews, Zachary (Kacy) Schoenfeld of Limon, Colorado; Zane Schoenfeld of Rawlins, Wyoming; Zeth Schoenfeld of Otis, Colorado; and her great-nieces and nephew, Kyah, Zoey, Jocelyn and John Schoenfeld.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles William Schoenfeld.
The family conducted a private service for Mony in her brotherís hometown in Colorado. Memorial donations may be made to White Stone Community Church.
