Mary J. Kleba, age 77, of Oconomowoc, passed away on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, at 6 o’clock p.m. at Hafemeister Funeral Home in Watertown with Vicar Seth Hoeppner of Faith Lutheran officiating. Family and friends may call at the funeral home from 4 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will take place on Saturday, Oct. 17, at noon at Northfield Lutheran Cemetery in Northfield, with the Rev. Denise Anderson officiating.

Mary Julia Mattson was born on Oct. 21, 1937 in Black River Falls, the daughter of Arthur and Ruth (nee Lyon) Mattson. She graduated from Hixton High School. On July 28, 1956, she married Fredrick Charles Kleba in Northfield. Fredrick preceded her in death on Nov. 5, 2008. Mary was employed as a teller at Bank of Oconomowoc and Associated Bank of Ashippun. After retiring from the bank, she was employed at Merry Maids. Mary enjoyed spending time with her great-grandchildren as well as sewing and reading. She loved going to the cabin and dog sitting Rosco.

Mary is survived by children Chuck Kleba of Northfield; Joe (Tena) Kleba of Gold Bar, Wash., and Rosemary (Kenny) Chwala of Watertown; grandchildren Trisha (Shawn) Moran, Kayla (Drew) Dehnert, Laura (Cole) Kleba, Toni (Jason) Kovacs, Essen Tarentino, John (Sara Jane) Chwala, Bradley (Nicole) Chwala, Sarah (Adam) Richter as well as great-grandchildren, Jackson, Alanna, Tyler, Riley, Dixon, Julianna, Charlotte, Collin, Claire, Bentley, Josalyn, Harmony, Michael, Hannah and Baby Chwala. Mary is further survived by brother- in-law Jack (Mary) Kleba of Hixton, special sister-in-law Marguerite Kleba of Hixton, and special friends Barth Liesener, Jim and Vicki Mack as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Ruth; husband, Fredrick; great-granddaughter Ramona Dehnert; brothers Charles and Alan; sisters Louise Mattson, Charlotte Mattson and Carol Larson, as well as several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Mary was the last member of her immediate family.
