Roland G. ‘Rollie’ Wagner

Roland G. “Rollie” Wagner, age 81, of Dousman, died Saturday, November 14, 2015, at Aurora-Summit Hospital. Rollie was born May 15, 1934, to Donald and Frances (Leair) Wagner in Waukesha.

He married the love of his life, Loretta Ann “Lori” Kolls, on April 14, 1956, in Hebron, Ill. Rollie served in the U.S. Army, drove truck for the majority of his life, loved hunting, fishing, camping, the NRA and mostly his family.

Rollie is survived by his wife of 59 years, Lori Wagner, of Dousman; his sons, Rich (Cheryl) Wagner of Palmyra and Dennis (Jeanmarie) Wagner of Juneau; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Geralyn and Andrew; a sister, Beverly (Richard) Jarvis of Racine; a brother, Gilbert (Sally) Wagner of Pewaukee; a sister- in-law, Mary Wagner of Milwaukee; a brother-in-law, Keith (Marylou) Kolls of Zenda; his dog Smokey; and other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Ann; two brothers, Donald and Jerome; and a sister-in-law, Barbara.

Military honor services for Rollie will be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove on Wednesday, November 25, at 10 AM.
