James Clinton Croal

James Clinton Croal of Waukesha, born to eternal life Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016, was born Sept.

23, 1932, the son of Thomas and Olive Croal. He was a Korean War veteran, passionate educator at Pius High School, sales executive at Grede, Accurate and Vollrath Foundries, and vice president of sales at Croal & Associates, Waukesha. He was also a Marquette University graduate and loyal fan of the Warriors, a voracious reader, intellectual, avid golfer and patriot to the core, with a kind and loving heart beyond measure.

James will be sadly missed by his beloved wife, Teresa M. Croal, of 48 years, and his children Timothy (Graciela), Kathleen (Mark), Michael (Eileen), Daniel (Julie), Mary (Chris), Teresa (Matthew), Colleen (Alex) and Thomas. He was a proud grandfather of Laura, James, Megan, Libby, Michael, Max, Leah, Jack, Jacob, Ryan, Lauren, T.J., Naomi, Jordan, Nathan and Lucas and great-grandfather of Samuel and Oliver. James is further survived by his youngest brother, George (Ann) Croal, as well as many other loving and admiring family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Berghaus Croal, and devoted siblings Thomas, Patricia, Colleen, Donna and Michael.

A visitation for James will be held on Friday, January 29, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of the 5:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha WI 53188. Private family graveside services will be at Our Lady of the Fields National Shrine Cemetery in Hillpoint.
