Robert A. ‘Bob’ Fluder

Robert A. “Bob” Fluder of Waukesha died on Friday, March 4, 2016, at the age of 79 years. Bob was born on November 13, 1936, the son of Anthony and Helen Fluder.
He married the love of his life, Barbara Engstrom, on June 20, 1964.
Bob worked for Wisconsin Centrifugal for 33 years.
During his retirement, he worked for Water Doctors in Waukesha for 13 years.
He enjoyed hunting, golfing, gardening, reading, traveling and history. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren and friends.
Bob proudly served his country in the United States Navy on the USS Nitro AE-23 as a navigator.
Bob will be dearly missed by his wife, Barbara; children, Joseph Fluder and Cynthia (Brian) Walz; grandchildren, Elginia, Madeline, Chloe and Carl; sisters, Florence Fons and Mary Jane (David) Kaczynski; and his puppy, Leyna.
Bob is further survived by many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Anthony II.
The visitation for Bob will be held on Monday, March 14, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. William Catholic Church, 440 N. Moreland Blvd., Waukesha, WI 53188. The Rev. Curt Frederick will be officiating. Burial with military honors will immediately follow the Mass at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Waukesha.
