Carolyn Mae Gaylor (nee Cultice), age 75, formerly of Waukesha, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 25, 2016, in Ft. Myers, Fla.
Born on March 8, 1941 in Winchester, Indiana, Carolyn was a 1959 honors graduate of Vandalia-Butler High School in Ohio. She served over 25 years as a successful finance executive with Koehring, AMCA, and Granite Finance Corporation (in which she was part owner) in Wisconsin before retiring to Olde Hickory Golf and Country Club in Ft. Myers where she was an active member in the community. She was a member of Montage Womenís Club and Riverside Church of Ft. Myers.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, George and Lois (Myers) Cultice, and brother Noel Cultice. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 55 years, Gary Gaylor, cofounder of RAPCO, Inc.; brother Tim Cultice of Lima, Ohio, sister-in-law Shirley (Noel) Cultice or Troy, Ohio, nephew Troy Cultice of Dayton, Ohio, niece Tonya and greatniece Mackenzie Cultice of Gambrills, Md., and longtime dear friends Robert and Mary Bea Beck of Vandalia, Ohio, Doug and Mary Jo Smith of Ft. Myers and Mike and Gina White of Hartland.
Carolyn was a loving, kindhearted, caring wife, sister, aunt and friend that will truly be missed today, tomorrow and always. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Carolynís name to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
