Allan W. Clouse

Allan W. Clouse passed away on May 19, 2016, at the age of 102 years. He was born March 5, 1914, in Loyal, the son of Fred and Clara (nee Wittlinger) Clouse.
He was an honored veteran of World War II, serving as an Army staff sergeant in the Battle of the Bulge and the campaign at Bastogne. He was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church in Waukesha and was a retired machinist from Industrial Clutch Co. in Waukesha.
Allan was married to Doris Clouse for 66 years when she passed away on August 16, 2009.
Allan is survived by children Lee Clouse, Bob (Mary Albright) Clouse, Sharon Stark and Karen (Chris) Heintz; grandchildren Jason and Chad; and great-grandson Austin. He is also survived by brother James (Jimmie Sue) Clouse and by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by parents Fred and Clara and by siblings Hugh, Glen, Elmer, Maybelle, Ethel, Alvin and Dale.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, May 27, from 10 to 11 AM at First Presbyterian Church, 810 N. East Ave., Waukesha, with a memorial service at 11 AM.
If desired, memorials to the church or to a veteranís organization of the donorís choice would be appreciated.
